Roundly is an AI fundraising agent for founders. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using Roundly.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, login provider, and workspace details.
Fundraising information: company descriptions, round details, investor preferences, uploaded materials, investor lists, outreach drafts, notes, meetings, and diligence materials you provide.
Integration information: if you connect Google, Gmail, Calendar, Zoho, or similar services, we may store encrypted access tokens and related integration metadata needed to operate the product.
Usage and technical data: log data, device/browser information, request metadata, product events, and diagnostics used to secure and improve Roundly.

How we use information

To provide, personalize, and improve Roundly’s fundraising workflows.
To generate investor matches, fundraising briefs, outreach drafts, follow-ups, meeting prep, and diligence support.
To authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain product reliability.
To operate integrations you explicitly connect, such as Google sign-in, Gmail, or Google Calendar.
To communicate product updates, support responses, and service-related notices.

AI processing

Roundly may process founder-provided fundraising information with AI providers to generate matches, drafts, summaries, and recommendations. We aim to avoid inventing facts and require founder review before sensitive external actions such as sending outreach.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Roundly, such as hosting, database, analytics, AI inference, email, calendar, and payment providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect Roundly, users, or the public.

Google user data

If you connect Google services, Roundly uses Google data only to provide requested product functionality such as sign-in, email workflows, inbox/reply synchronization, or calendar scheduling. Google access tokens are stored encrypted where applicable. Roundly’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted OAuth token storage where integrations require tokens. No internet service is completely secure, and users should avoid uploading secrets or highly sensitive materials unless needed for the product.

Your choices

You can choose what fundraising information to provide.
You can disconnect integrations where supported.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
