These Terms of Service govern your use of Roundly, an AI fundraising agent for founders. By using Roundly, you agree to these terms.
Use of Roundly
You may use Roundly to organize fundraising materials, identify investor matches, draft outreach, manage follow-ups, schedule meetings, and coordinate diligence workflows. You are responsible for the information you provide and the actions you approve.
Founder control and external actions
Roundly may generate suggestions, drafts, summaries, and recommendations. You must review and approve external actions, including investor outreach, meeting requests, and shared materials. You are responsible for ensuring communications are accurate, lawful, and appropriate.
No investment, legal, or financial advice
Roundly is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, legal adviser, or financial adviser. Content generated by Roundly is for operational fundraising assistance only and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, investment, or compliance advice.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Integrations
If you connect third-party services such as Google, Gmail, Calendar, Zoho, or payment providers, you authorize Roundly to access and use those services only as needed to provide requested product functionality. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Roundly for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam activity.
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not use Roundly to send misleading investor communications or fabricated claims.
- Respect opt-outs, suppression requests, and applicable email/privacy laws.
Your content
You retain ownership of the company, fundraising, investor, and other content you provide. You grant Roundly permission to process that content to operate, secure, and improve the service.
AI-generated content
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them externally.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, if enabled, may be billed through a third-party payment provider. Pricing, plan limits, billing intervals, cancellation, and refund details will be shown at checkout or in the product.
Service availability
We aim to keep Roundly reliable, but the service may be interrupted, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We are not liable for delays, outages, data loss, or third-party service failures to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roundly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, fundraising outcomes, or investor opportunities.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Roundly after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
